1. How do the Workshop Subscriptions work and how do I access them?

Each month, we'll release a new interactive workshop filled with tips, techniques, and inspiration. All brought to you through a variety of formats, including video, audio, slideshows, etc. The included PDFs and course outlines allow you to follow along without needing to continuously pause the workshop. The important information is all there, with room for you to make notes as you follow along. We will be covering a wide variety of topics from creative composition and candids to travel photography and landscapes

To access the workshops all you need to do is click on the Access Your Workshops link in the top navigation bar. Please note, this link will only show when you are logged in!

2. What payment options are available for Love That Shot Workshop Subscriptions?

You can use your PayPal account to pay for membership via your PayPal balance, credit card or your bank account (eCheque). Or choose to pay with credit card directly on the Love that Shot website.

3. I’m having problems finding my product purchases. What should I do?

You can find your product purchases by logging in and clicking on your name or the account link in the upper right hand corner of the page your on. In the drop down box, click on client area and select purchases. You'll find any products you've purchased there.

Please contact support and notify them of your issue. You’ll receive a solution within two business days.

4. How do I use the Textures and Photo Veils?

All of our digital product are compatible with Elements and Photoshop as well as many other photo editing programs! You do not need to install the textures and photo veils as you would with actions. They are so simple to use! The textures and photo veils are JPEG files and they act just like photos. You open them into your program the same way you would open a photo.

We have a tutorial in our forum on how to apply textures. It is written for the full version of Photoshop, but the instruction are exactly the same for Elements. The screenshots are the only difference. You can find that tutorial here and a video tutorial here.
