Hi all!

I am loving this site so far and have learned quite a bit from the workshops.

A friend of mine will be doing a short concert inside the Hard Rock Cafe. I've shot this before just for fun, but of course being a newbie, most of them were a pinch blurry.

I'm assuming I should take my 50mm 1.8 because it can capture the best low light? Aside from cranking up ISO to 800+, there's really not much more I can do, correct? Any movement of her arms on the keyboard or the guitarists's arms on the guitar are blurred. Is there a secret setup to capture low light AND not worry about too much blur? I try to prop myself up against a pillar inside the restaurant to capture the pics.

Thanks in advance for any tips!

Wide aperture, high ISO, and convert to black and white to hide any noise. Black and white will also help hide weird color casts from the lights.
Blur on the musicians arms is going to be from shutter speed issues and not from camera shake, but leaning againt the pillar will definitely be helpful.
Good luck! :)
